The Rancheros or California Lancers, figured prominently in the battles for California, and were heavily involved in guerilla warfare and scouting during both the Texas War of Independence and the U.S. Mexican War. They wore civilian clothing. Heads, arms, and paint schemes can be rotated to insure that each figure is unique.
